Tymovirus Group Test

This test reacts with a variety of viruses in the Tymovirus genus. The list below represents Tymoviruses that have been experimentally detected with our Tymovirus Group PCR and confirmed by sequencing.

  • Andean potato latent virus (APLV)
  • Belladonna mottle virus (BeMV)
  • Diascia yellow mottle virus (DiaYMV)
  • Maize rayado fino virus (MRFV)
  • Nemesia ring necrosis virus (NeRNV)
  • Passionfruit enation virus (PEV)
  • Passion fruit yellow mosaic virus (PFYMV)
  • Poinsettia mosaic virus (PnMV)
  • Scrophularia mottle virus (ScrMV)
  • Turnip yellow mosaic virus (TYMV)

The list below represents Tymoviruses that have not been experimentally detected, but based on in silico analysis, will likely be detected with our Tymovirus Group PCR. If you have a sample of one of these pathogens, please contact testing@agdia.com.

  • Anagyris vein yellowing virus (AVYV)
