Test Protocol 1. Reconstitute tracer and Prepare PGH standard 2. Add plant extract or PGH standard to wells 3. Add tracer to each well 4. Incubate 5. Wash and add substrate 6. Incubate 7. Add stop reagent and read at 405 nm
