Cauliflower Mosaic VIrus (CaMV) is a pathogen that affects many different cruciferous plants. While infection with this virus causes mosaic symptoms on cauliflower, it can cause other symptoms on other infected species. For example, cabbage infected with CaMV show black stippling on the head and vein clearing on the leaves.
Caulifower Mosaic Virus is transmitted by a number of aphid species, but is not known to be transmitted through seed.
